This liqueur was produced by using New York State fresh & dried ginger root. Enjoy aromas of piquant ginger, vanilla, and honey. 

ABV: 32% (64 Proof)

Distiller Notes: After it was crushed and placed in a tote, the Distillers used Finger Lakes honey that was used to naturally sweeten the liqueur.
