A light-bodied, crisp, floral, and mineral wine with flavors of tangerine, lemon curd, and mineral.

The juice for this wine was subjected to stabulation: resuspending juice solids in solution for several days prior to separation of clarified juice. The effect of this was to add aromatic complexity and boost textural weight without employing sur lie aging or malolactic fermentation.
