A blend of lots fermented with wild culture and commercial yeasts, the fermentations were subjected to 50% saignee to increase concentration. Post-pressing, the wine was aged in a mix of American, French, and Eastern European oak for 11 months prior to bottling, and it was left unfiltered and unfined.
