Local Culture 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend with lots of fermentation with wild culture and commercial yeasts. The fermentations were subjected to 50% saignee to increase concentration. Post-pressing, the wine was aged in a mix of American, French, and Eastern European oak for 11 months prior to bottling.

This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
