A light-bodied, fruity, spicy, and crisp white wine with flavors of apricot, white melon, and horseradish.

Produced via Pied de Cuve wild yeast fermentation in neutral 500L French oak puncheon. Aged on gross lees for 7 months prior to bottling.

This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
