Winemaker’s notes: A pied de cuve co-fermentation of Aromella and LaCrescent (almost a 50/50 split). The wine was fermented dry, and a small amount of unfermented Traminette juice was added just prior to bottling to leave sugar for carbonation.
This wine is undisgorged, unfiltered, and unfined.
