A light-medium, mineral, floral, and creamy wine with flavors of red delicious apple, lime, and rose.

Style after classic Alsace white blends, the individual components of this wine were barrel-fermented in French Oak and subject to serval months of batonnage in order to add complexity and smooth texture.
