A medium bodied, bold, juicy, and spicy wine with flavors of black cherry yogurt, pomegranate, and baking spice.

Fermented entirely with indigenous yeasts, the only additive in this wine is sulfite. Riesling skins were added at crush to stabilize pigment and tannins. Aged exclusively in stainless steel with regular bâtonnage to build texture and balanced acidity.

This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
