A medium-full bodied , fruity, savory, and round wine with flavors of grilled pineapple, green mango, and white tea.

Produced via 23-day skin fermentation with indigenous Pied de Cuve yeast. A 35% saignee was pulled in the first 3 days post-crush to increase skin contact. Post pressing, the wine was aged for 6 months in concrete amphora.

This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
