A light-medium bodied, juicy, fruity, floral wine with flavors of pink grapefruit, strawberry, and banana.

 

Crushed and held on skins overnight prior to pressing. The wine was fermented with wild pied de cuve yeast in stainless steel, then racked to a concrete amphora and aged for 5 months prior to bottling.

This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
