A light bodied , bubbly, juicy, and crisp wine with flavors of apricot, lemon, and dill.

Sourced from Firelane 6 Vineyard on Owasco Lake, this Riesling was hand-picked and fermented whole cluster with pied de cuve wild yeast prior to pressing. The young wine was bottled prior to the end of primary fermentation, resulting in carbonation.
