A medium-bodied, bold, juicy, and sweet wine with flavors of grape, blackberry, and vanilla

Produced via whole fruit fermentation of FLX Concord grapes using pied de cuve wild yeast culture. When the fermentation reached the desired sweetness level, grape spirits were added to arrest fermentation. Aged for 4.5 months in neutral American oak.

This wine contains naturally occurring sulfites.
