A medium-bodied, juicy, fruity, and earthy wine with flavors of black cherry, black raspberry, and black pepper.

Gold Medal Winner – 2025 New York Wine Classic

All wines that went into this blend were fermented with pied de cuve wild yeast. After pressing, they were aged separately in French, American, and Eastern European oak barrels for 10 months prior to blending.

This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
