A light to medium-bodied, crisp, spicy, and mineral wine with flavors of lemon, grilled apricot, and clove.

Fermented in concrete amphora with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees for 11 months. The juice lots were co-fermented and represent every farm that grew Riesling for us in the 2021 vintage.

This wine is unfiltered and unfined to preserve textural complexity.
