A light-bodied, bubbly, fruity, and floral wine with flavors of strawberry, yellow plum, and brioche. 

The base wine for this sparkling wine was saignée pulled from a skin fermentation that would become the 2021 vintage of our voluer O Trapacerio. The Cuvée was bottled in January of 222 and held in tirage for 18 months prior to disorging in July 2023, and dosage was produced form the same batch of O Trapaceiro from which it was originally blend.
